General rules- Please don’t use my art for NFT’s, AI, or otherwise sell it claiming it as your own.
- I don’t mind if you use my art for icons, banners, or otherwise, just link my ToyHouse on your profile.
- Fanart is ok with me, go crazy with them. Just don’t draw NSFW, smell/foot/bathroom fetishes, genderbend them, or ships outside of their designated sexuality. I do enjoy seeing redesigns and outfit changes!
- I do not do requests for art or designs unless specified in a post or you’re a close friend.
- Don’t reupload my art elsewhere without permission.
- You can trace my art for reference, but please credit me if you upload it.
- Do not recolor my art and claim it as your own.
- Do not heavily reference my art style, you can use it for reference, just don’t steal my art style.
- If you have questions about anything else, feel free to ask! I don’t bite, only bark. /lh /nmCommissions- I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. This might be a polite ‘no’ from me, or it might just be a block. If I block you, please, for the love of Arceus do not go pester my friends on why I blocked you.
- I refuse to, and will not, draw: NSFW, fetish artwork, gore, mech characters, nudity (with humans), or hate art.
- I will, and can, draw: humans, animals, dragons, ship art (between two of your own characters, or between a friends with PERMISSION from that person), slightly suggestive artwork, furries (sfw), and more, just ask!
- You can use the commission as an avatar, banner, background, anything you want, really. Just don’t claim it as your own, use it for NFT’s, use it for AI, or resell it. Do not reupload without asking first.
- Refunds will only be offered before I have shared the finished product, in terms of real currency. If it is DA points or AJPW sapphires, then I don’t do refunds for those.
- If you plan to use my art for commercial use, you have to up the payment by 50%.
- Don’t rush me to get your commission done, art takes time.
- No, my commissions are not free.Designs- Feel free to redesign them as much as you’d like, go crazy with them! Just credit me for the original design. Do what makes the character fit you.
- Do not steal or claim my designs as your own. This is the same for heavily referencing them on purpose, as well. Just don’t do it.
- You’re free to gift them off to other people, just don’t sell them for more you go them for unless you have added art to their profile.
- You don’t have to come back to me if you’re giving the character away, but I would prefer if you did.
- Feel free to use the design in whatever you’d like! Stories, animations, as a mascot, etc.! Credit me the first time you use them, and maybe even tag me so I can see :eyes: /lh /nf /nm
- Designs gained from DT’s can be gifted or sold away for however much you see fit.
